1. Our Returns Promise
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return items in line with this policy for a refund.
Our standard policy allows returns within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. If more than 30 days have passed since your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange (except where your statutory rights apply).
2. Your Statutory Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have a legal right to:
- Cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving them (your “cooling-off period”).
- Receive a refund within 14 days of us receiving your return.
This applies unless the item is:
- Custom-made or personalised
- Unsealed hygiene products (e.g., riding hats — see Section 5)
You do not need to provide a reason during your statutory cooling-off period, but you must inform us in writing and return the items in accordance with this policy.
3. Refund Eligibility Criteria
For a product to be eligible for refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- All original labels and tags are attached
- The product is not exempt (see Section 5)
- Proof of purchase is provided (receipt, order number, etc.)
- Any free gifts or promotional items received with your order are also returned
Returned items are inspected upon arrival. If the return does not meet the criteria above, we reserve the right to decline the refund or issue a partial refund at our discretion.
4. How to Return Items
United Kingdom – Return Process
- Complete the return form included in your parcel.
- Visit our-returns.dpd.co.uk/TOGGI_RETURNS to generate a label.
- Package your item securely and drop it off at a DPD collection point.
Returned parcels must include your return form and be labelled correctly.
Ireland – Return Instructions
Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer exchanges for Ireland orders. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order at www.toggi.com/en-ie.
Important:
- Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
- Clearly label the parcel: “UK Return – All Tax and Duties Paid”
- Toggi is not liable for customs fees or courier charges on returned items
- Improperly labelled parcels may be rejected or returned

5. Items Not Eligible for Return
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-refundable unless faulty:
- Riding hats and helmets (once unsealed or tried on)
- Customised or made-to-measure products
- Items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
These exemptions are in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
6. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified via email
- If approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds during busy periods
Shipping charges will only be refunded if the item was:
- Faulty or incorrect
- Returned within your 14-day statutory cooling-off period
7. Missing or Unreturned Free Gifts
If your order included a free promotional item (gift with purchase), and it is not returned with your item, we reserve the right to:
- Deduct the value of the gift from your refund, or
- Decline your refund request
