Refunds
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason, you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.Refund requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product is defective
- Product is not as described
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must be unused
- Product must not be damaged
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund or exchange.
Proof of purchase
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund or exchange.
UK - Returning Items
1. Complete the form received with your Toggi order
2. Visit our-returns.dpd.co.uk/TOGGI_RETURNS and follow the steps
3. Package up your return and take your return to a DPD drop off near you
IE - Returning Items
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges for Ireland orders. Please return the item to us for a refund and re-order online at www.toggi.com/en-ie.
To return items ordered to Ireland:
- Items must be returned in its original condition with the original packaging and labels still attached
- Ensure the parcel is packaged securely and any item inside will not be damage during transit
- Please make sure that the parcel is clearly marked as 'UK Return - All Tax and Duties Paid' to properly avoid any customs charges.
- If your parcel incurs customs fees when entering the UK, Toggi will not be responsible for these charges. In such cases, your items may be returned back to you and the courier will not refund any postage costs.
