Returning and exchanging with Toggi is free and easy!
Extended Christmas Returns
Any orders placed at www.toggi.com between 14th November 2024 and 1pm on 20th December 2024 may be returned up until 31st January 2025, with a valid receipt or order number/dispatch note. This policy applies to all items purchased, whether full-priced, promotion or sale. Orders placed outside of this date range are subject to our standard 30-day returns policy.
The item(s) must be in a re-saleable condition with original packaging and proof of purchase. Please see our full returns policy below.

Refunds
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.Refund requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product is defective
- Product is not as described
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must be unused
- Product must not be damaged
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund or exchange.
Proof of purchase
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund or exchange.
Shipping items
1. Complete the form received with your Toggi order
2. Visit our-returns.dpd.co.uk/TOGGI_RETURNS and follow the steps
3. Package up your return and take your return to a DPD drop off near you
