All orders are dispatched on a DPD next day delivery service. Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched on the same day. Our warehouse is closed over the weekend. Any orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be sent the next working day (orders will also not be dispatched on a Bank Holiday).

You can check the status of your delivery using the DPD tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email, or via the Shop app. If there is an issue, please contact us straight away and our customer service team will investigate the problem for you.

If you wish to cancel your order please call us within 1 hour of making your order, we will try our very best to arrange this for you but please be advised it is not possible to cancel your order if it has already been packed by our warehouse team.

We do not have an onsite shop, however we do have lots of retailers who stock Toggi. If you're looking for a local stockist feel free to drop us an email or please call us and we will try our best to point you in the right direction.

We work hard to find ethical manufacturers who will make our products to the highest possible standard. This does mean we have to go further afield to find the right manufacturer so some of our products are made in India and China. However, some of our products are made in Portugal and here in the UK.
